Job Description
- Covering wafer sort, Final Test and Burn-In at OSAT/Intel - Drive product yield improvement with BU and supplier - Establish maverick lot on hold criteria with BU. - Assessing and disposing maverick lot when limits are triggered. - Drive maverick lot on hold improvement program - Drive excursion case or major quality/delivery issue - HVM test program and test hardware readiness checkout at OSAT - Drive sort/test operation stability at OSAT /Intel - Wafer/Final Test program coverage optimization - Contribute to Testability Requirements with the Design Team and Foundry to Influence Design for Test
Qualifications
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Electronic Engineering - Minimum 5/6 years working experience in high volume semiconductor sort/test - Strong understanding and experience in silicon sort and test manufacturing - Experience in ATE tester, e.g: V93K, T2K and J750 - Experience in Synopsys Yield Explorer or JMP will be an advantage - Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills - Good communication skills and able to interface/communicate effectively with all levels, business units and OSAT

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
