Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Product Support Executive to oversee and manage product support on a global scale. This role involves providing exceptional support for our products to customers around the world, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product support, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to navigate the complexities of supporting a diverse international customer base.
Marketing Support:- Provide comprehensive product information and insights to the IT, New Media, and Marketing team to aid in campaign development and execution.
Assist in the creation and review of marketing materials, ensuring accuracy and alignment with product specifications and messaging.- Support the marketing team with product demonstrations and presentations, both internally and externally.
Customer and Market Insights:- Gather and analyze feedback from customers and market research to support the marketing strategy and product positioning.
Collaborate with the marketing team to identify trends, customer needs, and potential areas for product improvement.Product Expertise:
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the product portfolio, including features, benefits, and differentiators.
- Stay up-to-date on product updates, launches, and competitive landscape to provide current and relevant information.
Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:
- Address and resolve any product-related issues that impact marketing activities or campaigns.
Work with the product management and support teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues.
- Content Creation and Management:
Assist in the creation of content for marketing materials, including brochures, website content, social media posts, and email campaigns.- Ensure all content accurately reflects product features and benefits and adheres to brand guidelines.
Training and Support:- Provide training and support to marketing team members on product knowledge and usage.
Develop and maintain internal resources and documentation to facilitate product understanding and usage within the marketing department.Reporting and Analysis:
Track and report on key metrics related to product performance and marketing impact.
- Assist in the analysis of marketing campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations based on product feedback and performance data.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in product support, marketing, or a related role.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
