Product Specialist

Position Overview:

As a Product Specialist, you will play a crucial role in promoting our orthopaedic implant products designed for sports injuries. You will engage with orthopaedic surgeons and medical professionals to provide comprehensive product knowledge, training, and support, ensuring optimal use of our solutions in clinical settings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with orthopaedic surgeons.

- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for surgical staff, highlighting the features and benefits of our orthopaedic implants.

- Support surgical procedures by providing on-site assistance and ensuring proper product utilization.

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify growth opportunities and assist in strategic planning.

- Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and advancements in sports injury treatment.

- Attend medical conferences, trade shows, and workshops to promote our products and gather market insights.

- Gather and analyse feedback from users to contribute to product improvement and development.

Who We Are Looking For:

- Diploma in any field.

- Experience in Medical Device sales is advantageous

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Adaptable and flexible, with demonstrated abilities to learn and apply new knowledge quickly

- Willingness to travel as needed to support clients and attend industry events.
