Ideation of products/ services/ offers/ solutions to meet market demands and customer expectations.
This role requires taking some initial direction, and then shaping concepts ahead of time to meet the GTM calendar timeline. Also requires willingness to step into an end-to-end role when needed, and not afraid of getting into actual operational matters.
Analyze data on customer patterns with a view to identify opportunities to serve customer and market needs.
Assess market environment and competitor movements, and identify risks and opportunities for the business. This includes on-ground visits.
Preparation of concept proposals and business cases (Back of the Envelope) and presenting the concepts at the relevant approval forums.
Justify and communicate concepts with strategic approach, opportunity sizing, customer benefits and financial returns.
Collaborate with Product Development and Consumer Go-to-Market teams to bring propositions to market.
Track and analyze performance against user/ revenue/ profitability ambitions/ targets.
Requirements
Demonstrable experience in a customer-facing role or commercially oriented function.
Strong interpersonal skills with drive/ persistence/ patience to deliver.
Some experience with billing systems/ project management/ marketing communications will be advantageous.
