JOB DESCRIPTION- Product Specialist Manager
The product specialist manager is a person in the product management field who is responsible for managing relationship with partners and customers, understanding their needs, and ultimately creating new products based on those insights. They may also work under the title product lead, lead product manager. This customer-service, sales, and product development-focused position has a role in many aspects of the entire product lifecycle.
- II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing the day-to day interactions between customers and the product team- Serving as a product expert for any customer-service issues.
Training other customer-support and sales team members on product features and benefits.
Identifying and recruiting new partners or customers.
- Leading sales pitches to potential partners and customers.
Calling on current partners and customers for sales follow ups, such as during new product launches, as well as any customer complaints.
Managing partner relationship throughout the product development process and the ongoing roll out of new products.- Developing company messaging to explain a companys products clearly and effectively to customers or potential partners.
Creating training materials outlining instructions on how to use a companys products.
- Developing user guides or manuals that outline best practices for using products.
At least bachelors degree in business or related field.
- 2-5 years experience in Health line & equivalent.
Strong passion in business acumen.- Positive attitude and have a change agent mentality.
Solid understanding of analytics tools, such as google analytics and possess the ability to interpret data to drive insights and recommendations.
- Ability to multi-task and possess excellent communication & negotiation skills.
Demonstrate ability to work independently and in terms at all levels.- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
