As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for successfully building and executing territory strategic plans, accelerating partnerships with key HCPs, accounts, and health systems stakeholders in targeted therapeutic areas.

This strategy will be executed in alignment to GSK Values and Mission: To unite science, talent, and technology to get ahead of disease together. How we do this is through our people and our culture. Work with targeted therapeutic HCPs and administrative leaders to drive process implementation within programs, accounts, and health systems/networks.
Develop a deep understanding of the local therapeutic patient journeys and key decision makers objectives/goals to effectively identify opportunities to partner, aligned with commercial strategic objectives.
Apply an entrepreneurial mindset, innovative approach, and a willingness for bold cross functional communication & collaboration.
Be a key contributor to a performance-driven environment by bringing a positive mindset and commitment to hold self and others accountable for delivering on cross-functional objectives.
Develop and execute strategic territory account plans to surpass territory commercial performance objectives.
Build and grow a network of targeted external HCP and administrative stakeholders, understanding how patients, health care professionals and systems communicate, and could make vaccination recommendations throughout the patient journey.
Effectively engage external stakeholders in scientific discussions to ensure promoted brand is optimally prescribed to the right patients at the right time.
Embrace and advocate for multichannel digital/virtual engagement and communication to ensure customers are receiving current and timely communications/value.
Effectively manage territory spends/budgets to ensure optimal impact and ROI.
Provide ongoing territory/account analysis and identification of market dynamics that have the potential to impact national/regional/local business and contribute to opportunity or mitigation planning and implementation.
Demonstrate a strong understanding and application of the GSK code/values.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:


Minimum 3 years Sales experience in Pharmaceutical industry with a minimum 1 year of experience in institutional specialty sales/KAM roles.
Tertiary Education - BSc, BA
Knowledge of pharma marketing in Specialties therapeutics lines
Experience in Omnichannel Marketing and Digital Marketing campaigns

Territory Management- Veeva, Business Plan
Customer Profiling Segmentation and Targeting
Technical knowledge on disease and product.
Good Selling Outcome (GSO)

Manage geographical responsibilities.
Manage customer demands and inquiries.
Conduct GDM & Brand events
Ensuring high compliance in all manner of engagement
