Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
  • Provide technical support and expertise to customers
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare professionals

Job Requirements

  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Other languages will be extra advantage.
  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Sales & Marketing, Medical related)
  • Previous experience in medical device sales or OT technical support preferred
  • Customer service Executive / flight attendants are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric mindset
