Provide AED related service & Equipment Dispatch to client (Deliver AED/AED accessories/Equipment, conduct AED briefing, conduct AED maintenance service and installation of AED)
Follow up existing client and close on AED accessories replacement and upsell on our product and services (leads are provided)
Drive revenue and achieve sales targets
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information pertaining to client queries.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Maintain good collection payment from client
Keep records of necessary customer interactions and enter all information required into the company database and official WA group chats.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Hold high esteem for the quality of your work and ensure all work is done and completed according to the set-out timeline.
Job Requirements
At least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field .
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in sales or related field .
Excellent presentation, communication & interpersonal skill .
Good command of both written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be added advantage (But not compulsory)
Computer literacy with practical experience in MS Office.
Willing to travel. Possess own transport (car) & valid driving license
Highly Recommended If You Are
Experience in corporate sales will be an extra advantage.
Experience in installation of furniture/equipment will be an extra advantage as well.
Possess good interpersonal skill & strong communication.
Good appearance and presentable.
