Providing monthly sales forecasts, meeting sales budgets and case attendance for the assigned product portfolio
Building up new account coverage to further strengthen the current positioning of the company; building and sustaining a strong network base with customers to have a consistent sales growth
Payment collection from the customers
Preparing pre-call and post-call plans, with clear objectives when calling at all times
Submitting all required reports to the respective sales manager in a timely manner
Tracking of sales based on business opportunities, sales leads and quotations, and following through on the overall purchasing process; consistently providing accurate information for any updates needed in the company system
Answering all product-related questions in a polite manner and addressing queries promptly.
Collaborating and strategizing with the business and marketing teams.
Attending workshops and refresher courses in sales and marketing.
Performing product demonstrations for customers, staff, and other stakeholders.
Scheduling training sessions and attending meetings as required.
Identifying new market opportunities and relaying this information to the Manager and other relevant stakeholders.
Making helpful product recommendations and suggestions to increase revenue.
Job Requirements
Must able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
High school diploma or similar.
Fresh graduate / no working experience candidates are welcome;
Extensive experience in retail, sales, or customer service would be advantageous.
Ability to memorize details like product specifications.
Articulate and able to perform demonstrations that engage and inspire.
Deadline-driven, and willing to work after hours.
Superb verbal and written communication skills, as well as great telephone etiquette.
A strong growth mindset.
