What you'll do:
- Define and manage the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Develop detailed product requirements and specifications.
- Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value and customer needs.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather business requirements and ensure alignment with product goals.
- Engage with users across multiple locations to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into the product development process.
- Communicate effectively with development teams and third-party vendors to ensure timely delivery of product features.
- Lead the planning and implementation of product initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget adherence.
- Develop and implement governance frameworks, including delivery and communication plans, performance KPIs, and budget management.
- Monitor and mitigate risks and issues throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Provide regular status and performance reporting to key management stakeholders.
- Utilize data analytics tools to gather insights and inform product decisions.
- Oversee the implementation of BI platforms to support product performance tracking and reporting.
- Lead and mentor a team of business analysts and other product team members.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Implement initiatives to optimize customer experience and improve product usability.
- Conduct UX research and facilitate workshops to gather user feedback and identify areas for improvement.
We'd love you to have:
- Fluent in French both verbal and written
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications in Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I) or similar Agile methodologies.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management within the IT sector.
- Proven experience managing large IT products with multiple stakeholders and third-party vendors.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure Board, MS Project, and Dynatrace.
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems, including Salesforce, SAP, and Filemaker Pro.
- Strong data analytics skills with tools such as SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and MySQL.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized, process-oriented, and analytical.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and demonstrate resilience.
