We organise over500 large-scale branded and transaction-oriented eventsin 14 specialist markets.These are typically not-to-be-missed annual events where buyers and sellers build relationships, see and show products and do business.

We also provide year-round online platforms where companies showcase their businesses and products and buyers conduct research, generating valuable leads, and we provide data and digital content that supports the flow of knowledge and transactions in markets.

Job Description

Job Title: Product Marketing Specialist

Department: Digital & Marketing, Asia

Reports To: Product Marketing Manager

Position Overview:

The Product Marketing Specialist will be a key member of the Informa Markets Asia Digital & Marketing team, responsible for creating, managing, and optimising marketing collateral and communications for our suite of digital products that serve both internal staff & external customers. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong understanding of product marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to driving the successful adoption and maturation of our digital solutions. We are looking for a strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture and understand how various marketing efforts contribute to overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation & Management:
    • Create and maintain high-quality digital & offline marketing materials, including presentations, flyers, case studies, banners, and product videos.
    • Ensure all collateral is aligned with brand guidelines and effectively communicates the value proposition of our digital products.
    • Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing and informative content, while regularly identifying ways to improve the content based on the effectiveness.
  2. Marketing Campaigns & Analysis:
    • Work closely with the product managers to conduct market research to understand customer needs & industry trends to ensure that our digital solutions remain relevant & competitive.
    • Coordinate with the product managers to develop product launches and relevant marketing campaigns that align with the product development roadmap.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and consistency in messaging.
    • Analyse campaign performance data and generate insightful reports to optimise future marketing efforts.
  3. Customer and Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Build strong collaborative relationships with the stakeholders.
    • Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and insights.
    • Support the project team, sales team, marketing users with relevant product information and training materials.
    • Plan and execute regular internal communications to keep the stakeholders informed on the latest developments that are relevant to them, including newsletters, webinars, and other channels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in product marketing or a similar role, preferably within the digital or technology sector.
  • Strong writing and content creation skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as Stripo (HTML email builder), WordPress, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
