Job Description

Summary :

We are looking for someone to lead like business owners, generate high standout work with low reliance on agencies that can balance the centric between consumers, customers and network leaders whilst being ambitious and bold. We operate as an autonomous Global Head Office and lead a decentralized approach to our regional market teams and therefore have the ability to influence, design and execute all elements of the product marketing mix from positioning, strategy through to implementation in market

As an Product Marketing Manager you will lead the category across the Globe, delivering all elements of the product marketing mix for international market success from analysing data and turning meaningful insights into strong product positionings and strategies. You will work on a variety of projects, with an innovative mindset. You will also lead the launch of Home & Living innovation, from concept though test and into market if testing is successful. So, experience in innovation, product development, especially in a startup/hands on environment will come in very useful. You will be joining a high-performing and very talented team within an agile and innovative business. This is a unique opportunity to not only shape the future of an exciting category, but also to develop your innovation capability by leading other innovation projects within the personal and beauty arena.

Responsibilities :

  • Championing the category and product vision / purpose
  • Manage the in-year delivery of the plan, ensuring the portfolio achieves pre-agreed objectives
  • Lead & implement the product marketing strategy for the next 3 years
  • Lead & develop the innovation pipeline for the category
  • Develop exit strategies for unsuccessful & current (non-sellable) products
  • Work with Regional/Local teams for the local product sourcing & launch, integrating them into global assortments.
  • Drive the product P&L to deliver against challenging yet exciting financial growth objectives
  • Work closely with the Product development, Digital Marketing, Creative Design, Business Development functions to identify customer & network needs and opportunities and build an exceptional activation platform.
  • Manage the existing product portfolio and working closely with the product development team develop bring to market key pieces of innovation
  • Building Brand Equity; ensuring product marketing activities build long term brand equity and in-market results.
  • Manage relationships with key external agencies & other market stakeholders

Requirements:

  • High talent with leadership potential, graduate calibre
  • Strong core leadership competencies
  • Significant and relevant professional experience within Home & Living product
  • Ideally a mix of traditional retail & multi-level marketing with International scope
  • At least 5 years previous product marketing experience preferred
  • High levels of creativity and ideally innovation experience
  • A digital native, in touch with the world of start up, personal care, beauty trends
