Job Description
- Responsible over the growth opportunities and go-to-market strategies while leading a capable team.
- Develop campaigns to drive awareness, from conceptualising, monitoring and optimizing its performance.
- Strongly attuned to data analysis on BI to identify and improve consumer experience and conversion rates.
- Develop and grow rapport with business stakeholders and partners to drive business objectives, all while adhering to local guidelines.
- Responsible over A&P management with ability to maximise ROI.
- Sensitive to market trends and data to decipher actional strategies of brand growth according to the brand's identity, guideline and values.
The Successful Applicant
- At least 5 years in travel industry
- Entrepreneurial, resourceful and commercial
- Dynamic and collaborative team player spirit
- Resilient to challenges, strategic and analytical thinkers
