Job Brief
Responsible for developing and executing product marketing strategies, pricing, positioning products effectively, and driving sales.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and execute new product launches and end-of-life (EOL) strategies, including pricing, stock management, messaging, and positioning.
- Pricing Support: Provide ad-hoc pricing support and special pricing requests to the sales team.
- To assist, implement and monitor all marketing programs to support the business and meet the business objectives.
- Prepare product and campaign memos, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Maintain and update product listing on KM websites liaising with Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) team to ensure accurate and engaging content.
- Work with the Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) team to develop digital marketing activities for demand generation including engaging product landing pages, social media content, posts, videos, ads, and blasts.
- Prepare and create relevant marketing collateral materials such as brochures / flyers, sales kit, sales proposal template, and etc.
- Ensure a consistent supply of product brochures in both soft and hardcopy formats.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about competitor activities, industry trends (e.g., IDC data), and market dynamics.
- Assist in the execution of marketing events and activities.
- Other task/s as and when assigned by the company.
Job Requirements
- Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in Marketing, Business Studies / Administration / Management
- Preferably at least 2 years of related working experience.
- Preferably executive specializing in Product Marketing from B2B environment.
- Have some basic knowledge in content & digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Excel
- Good communication skills in English, Chinese, Malay language for both spoken and written
