Job Responsibilities: - Plan, strategize and achieve product target on a monthly basis maximizing the marketing mix of 4Ps.
To work closely with Product Manager and other respective parties for marketing plan and strategy towards products and marketing efforts to support company's overall strategy and goals.- Creates various types of collateral and content that support the product marketing goals
Plans and executes campaigns, events and launches that aim to generate awareness, interest, demand, and adoption for the product.
- Developing a go-to-market strategy, a launch plan, a marketing mix, a budget, a timeline, and a success metric.
Propose new idea on how to build up product branding and new product launches, analyse market potential, and propose positioning strategy.- Conduct Product Training to sales team and dealers
Manage companys website, Facebook, Instagram, or other social media
- Organize and execute events related to product release
Any other relevant task assigned by superior
Must possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Marketing or equivalent.- Able to work on weekend/public holiday when required
Minimum 1-2 years experiences, preferably in Sports Industries.
- Required skill(s): Interpersonal skills, Computer Literate.
Analytical, decisive and committed in achieving company preset objectives.- Develop and propose innovative ideas for company.

- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
