Responsible to support MS Surface business, this is for a Product Manager role that were looking to lead the charge in shaping our product's future and lead, drive business of MS Surface.
- Define the product strategy & framework that is aligned with business goals & targets
- Build & manage the product roadmap, including the strategic plan of action to ensure timely delivery
- Define product specifications, key value propositions, pricing, customer journey & experience
- Scope & prioritize product features to be delivered based on product strategy & KPIs.
- Collaborate with key business internally to drive solutions selling.
Job Description:
- To lead and drive the product (MS-Surface) assigned and achieve sales target.
- Responsible for Profit and Loss (P&L) of the product account.
- Understand market trends and to develop strategic marketing program.
- Work out competitive pricing and strategy to win the deals.
- Involve in tender process and quotation.
- Forecast and project monthly production / ordering volume of stock.
- Developing channels and partners to provide excellence support to end-users.
- Communication effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- To deliver a long-term strategy and prioritized roadmap based on business opportunity for MS Surface.
- To generate demand programs actively to increase re-order frequency
- To be able to articulate information to resellers through effective presentation in road show and demonstration.
- To recruit and expand resellers based actively through effective recruitment program
- To initiate market visit and have strong engagement with vendors and resellers for all aspect of business opportunity.
- To manage inventory control and meet forecast deadline and sales revenue target
- To create and maintained business goals/strategy and corresponding prioritized roadmaps to maximize business value of the product. (MS Surface)
- To define unique differentiators for the platform based on customer need and competitive analysis.

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in computer science/information technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- 2-4 years of working experience in ICT Network Security Industry, good product management with in-depth knowledge of product.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Result oriented, resourceful, independent and dynamic
- Possess strong presentation, planning, organizing and analytic skills
- Motivated and withstand high working pressure
- Proven sales track record will be an added advantage
