Responsibilities: Develop new products
Develop new customers
Develop/ increase market share / product portfolio
Achieve monthly/ yearly target (sales and margin)
Liaise / co-operate/ work closely with principals / suppliers
To build better customer relationship
Handle customer complaint and product failure.
Work closely with sales team to achieve sales target and margin
Monitor payment collection and AR
Monitor the stocks level and IR
Update market info/ situation/ environment daily/ weekly
Minimum2-3 years experience in sales & marketing (Household and Personal Care industry)
Sales & Marketing or Chemical background experience
Diploma, degree holder in related discipline.
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Science/ Engineering/ Relevant fields.
Strong sales management skills and good in business deal negotiation.
Possess own transport and able travel.
Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Able to communicate in Mandarin in an added advantages.
Possess knowledges of sales and marketing techniques.
Good communication (written and oral), management and interpersonal skills.
Good personality with positive attitude, willingness to be a team player.
