Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Product Manager to take ownership of our AI recruitment products. You will be responsible for driving product strategy, overseeing development, and ensuring our AI solutions address the challenges recruiters and HR professionals face today. You will bridge the gap between AI innovation and real-world recruitment challenges, creating solutions that are efficient, scalable, and user-focused.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Vision & Strategy: Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven recruitment products, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis of recruitment trends, customer pain points, and competitor offerings to guide product development and differentiation.
- Feature Prioritization: Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize features that will have the most impact on customers, balancing business goals with technical feasibility and user feedback.
- AI Product Development: Collaborate with engineering, data science, and UX teams to define AI-driven product features, create detailed product specifications, and oversee development from ideation to launch.
- User-Centered Design: Gather and analyze user feedback, run usability tests, and leverage insights to iterate and refine the product, ensuring a seamless experience for recruiters.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Define and track key product metrics (KPIs), using data and analytics to measure product performance and inform future enhancements.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, supporting product positioning, messaging, and adoption.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure the AI recruitment product adheres to ethical guidelines, diversity and inclusion standards, and legal compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3-5+ years of product management experience,
- Ability to balance customer needs with technical feasibility and business goals.
- Data-driven approach, with experience using analytics to drive product decisions.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies and experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, UX, data science).
- Familiar with Product Management tools
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Nice-to-Have
- Previous experience building AI or SaaS products with a focus on HR/recruitment technology solutions.
- Strong knowledge of AI technologies, including machine learning models, natural language processing (NLP), and algorithm-based decision-making.
- Experience in SaaS product management or working with cloud-based platforms.
