Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in management.- Experience in managing project implementation.
Solid working knowledge of required software and programming languages.
- Proficient in Java, JavaScript, SQL, and Shell Scripts.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.- Experience in supporting, modifying, and maintaining code/systems developed by others.
Collaborate with consultants and project managers during all phases of project implementation.- Provide expertise in the design, development, and customization of solutions.
Oversee technology operations, ensuring smooth delivery and operation of IT services.
- Delegate technical responsibilities and monitor project progress.
Report project progress to the HOD, including any plan and production changes.- Offer ongoing support for system software that meets technical and customer requirements.
Build high-quality products and contribute to product roadmap planning.
- Address system integration, compatibility, and multiple platform issues.
Serve as a mentor and participate in recruitment and staff skillset development.- Guide team members with a deep understanding of technology stacks.
Establish and implement training processes and strategies for subordinates.
_Software Development and Deployment:_
- Review all work produced by the engineering team.
Document technologies and share knowledge within the team.- Maintain high product quality through code and design reviews.
Analyze user functions and activities, recommend solutions, and implement changes.
- Research up-to-date technology stacks for better performance and higher quality products.
Perform other duties at the discretion of management.
