As a Product Manager in our Product Management department, you will play a pivotal role in driving transformative business outcomes. You will partner closely with stakeholders to drive the product lifecycle from ideation to delivering successful product launches.
- Understand business challenges and translate them into product opportunities.
- Perform market analysis, user research and competitor analysis to validate product concepts and prototypes, developing business cases for new programmes.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure that product solutions are feasible and aligned with technical constraints, leading to successful implementation.
- Collaborate with the design team to create compelling user experiences, and clear user stories for engineering teams.
- Coordinate with partners & stakeholders to plan and implement product strategies, manage dependencies, oversee product roll-outs, and gather customer feedback.
- Present and defend proposed solutions to stakeholders by clearly articulating the rationale behind solutions, ensuring alignment across teams.
- Leverage data and analytics to inform product decisions, measure performance, and optimize product offerings.
Ideal Profile
- 4+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on overseeing a product from conception to launch.
- Demonstrated ability to align product development with business goals and meet market demands.
- Proficient with Jira and other product tools.
- Proven track record of delivering successful digital products from ideation to launch.
