1. Responsibilities
- To prepare and develop marketing plan for the designated products, agencies and Principals in line with the Company as well as the Principals objectives
- To constantly develop and recommend appropriate sales and advertising and promotional activities for the designated product lines, agencies or Principals
- To identify the appropriate channels of distribution for each and every product lines and draw up penetration strategies to gain their support
- To gather market intelligence and conduct regular market visits
- To track and analyze brand performance and brand health through in-market sales. Recommend corrective actions to address areas of concerns
- To constantly survey the market and analyze the competitors activities and new entrants
- To maintain good public relationship with Principals as well as ensuring excellent customer relationship and rapport in order to achieve and maintain a high level of the Companys image
2. Qualification / Experience Requirement
- Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent
- At least 3 - 5 years of working experience in FMCG industry
- Required languages : English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Good interpersonal skill, analytical and communication skills
- Computer literate with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Power Point, etc
- Possess strong marketing knowledge and presentation skills
