We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager with bi-lingual proficiency in English and Traditional Chinese (Read/Write) to lead the content operations across our platforms. The ideal candidate will oversee content-related activities, manage a team of web operations executives, and ensure the quality and relevance of content across our websites
What You'll Do
In this role your key responsibilities will include the following activities,
Campaign Management:
Review and manage requests from campaign and commercial teams to create / modify content across all channels including web, social and email
Assign tasks and work with the team members for creating/modifying content, including T&C documents, campaign pages in the CMS, product catalogs, rewards platforms, and email tools like Stripo and MoEngage
Oversee the management of links through tools like Rebrandly to ensure link accuracy
Manage social media content related to campaigns and newsletters
End to end ownership of reviewing and delivering the business requests to the corresponding stakeholders
Content Management:
Monitor the websites daily by working with a rotating roster to ensure content is current, relevant and accurate
Perform quality control checks to identify expired content or dead links and work with the relevant stakeholders to fix any issues
Ensure 24x7 platform availability and accuracy by supporting the business with a rotating roster
Work with content strategist to create any content changes in the CMS to improve the platform availability and efficiency
Collaborate with business stakeholders to implement necessary content changes promptly
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of web operations executives, providing guidance and support in executing content-related tasks
Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, legal, and other product teams to align content with business objectives and regulatory requirements
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless content updates and campaign execution
In this role, we are looking for someone with
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Traditional Chinese (Reading/Writing in Cantonese).
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in content management, digital marketing, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in content management systems such as HubSpot, email marketing tools (e.g., Stripo, MoEngage), social media scheduling tools, link management tools (e.g., Rebrandly), project management tools like JIRA and collaboration platforms like Confluence
Leadership: Proven experience in leading and managing a team, with strong organizational and project management skills.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality content.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve content-related issues proactively.
Flexibility: Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
