Product Manager. International Payments

If you're a customer centric rockstar with a growth mindset, then we want you on our team! At BigPay, we're revolutionising the FinTech space, and we're looking for a passionate Product Manager superstar to join our mission.

You'll play a critical role in leading and growing the International Payments Squad. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who is commercially driven, passionate about building partnerships for growth, and enjoys building great customer and product experiences. You'll work closely with and lead a cross-functional team to understand customers, and design initiatives to contribute to BigPay's mission and delivery of differentiated products. You'll own the outcomes of your squad's work.

Here's what you'll get to do:

  • Develop creative and innovative new features to radically better the way our customers send money to friends, family and businesses around the world
  • Ideate and execute plans to acquire new segments of customers at scale
  • Identify and drive partnerships to offer our remittances solutions to businesses with an existing, relevant customer base
  • Champion customer outcomes to ensure customers are at the heart of everything we build, and facilitate critical thinking and decision making to this end
  • Work with leadership across the organisation to set and track Squad OKRs,.Create and iterate the squad roadmaps, prioritise initiatives, refine feature ideas, and maintain existing features based on data,customer feedback and business objectives.
  • Identify key growth levers across the user journey (acquisition, activation, retention, monetization) and develop data-driven strategies to optimise growth.
  • Conduct market and customer research to identify the features or enhancements that solve pain points customers care about.
  • Ensure the smooth running of stand-ups, backlog prepping, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Including working with the squad to ensure we define user stories clearly, especially their outcomes and the definition of done, prioritising, removing blockers, and refining user stories within the squad's backlog.
  • Keep up with cutting-edge and emerging technologies relevant to the fintech domain.

We're looking for someone with:

  • 5 to 8+ years in product management, growth or related industry experience
  • Experience with growing product commercials and growth, and reaching out and managing commercial partners
  • Understanding of the product life-cycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritisation and pre/post-launch execution.
  • Some experience working in a broad, cross functional team to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones.
  • Experience gathering requirements across diverse areas and users, and converting and developing them into a product solution.
  • Effective leadership, organisational, communication and execution skills.
  • A can-do attitude, bias towards action and a self starter.
