Alizent (a subsidiary of Air Liquide) has more than 250 employees based in Paris, Madrid, Leeds, Montreal, Houston, Singapore, Jakarta and Kuala Lumpur. Its end-to-end approach includes designing, hosting, implementing and maintenance of Industrial IT solutions to improve the performance of their customers through 3 main axes: Monitoring & Control; Availability & Reliability and Optimization relying on 2 main expertise : IoT and Data analytics. Missions and Responsibilities

The Product Expert interface with business and technical stakeholders, as well as internal customers to ensure the success of the Asset Performance Management. He/She will ensure the end users needs are gathered, taken into consideration and shared with different stakeholders (Product Manager, Solution and Business owners) in order to contribute to to the global product roadmap. As a product expert, you will be a relay between IT and the end users, and responsible for supporting the products, contributing to their evolutions and adaptations.

  • You are the SME for IBM Maximo Application Suite and the trusted point of contact for the Asset Performance Management solutions while building a close relationship with internal customers to understand their needs and solve their pain points.
  • You will support the different Asset Performance Solution globally and ensure that they remain highly available.
  • You will document and share your knowledge with internal support team members and internal customers while analyzing incidents and proposing action plans.
  • You will participate to the deployment of the different solutions, their evolutions and contribute to their sustainability while keeping a cost effective approach.
  • You will assist the Business development teams on pre sales activities for technical / financial topics.
  • You will be the key contributor to technical specification (Infrastructure, design of the solutions, ) and on functional documentation related to evolutions.

Competencies and Profile

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in engineering or information technology, with 5 years experience in a similar related field.
  • Experienced in IT and Maintenance applications such as IBM Maximo (especially Maximo Application Suite and Mobile).
  • Strong understanding in RedHat OpenShift administration / AWS Cloud Services.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English
