Product Executive (Mandarin Speaker)
Supplier Management- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability, production, and distribution capabilities.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers.- Conduct regular supplier audits to ensure compliance with company standards and requirements.
Prepare and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.- Review and analyze requisition requirements, ensuring they align with budget and project needs.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve the best possible terms for the company.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained without overstocking.
- Coordinate with warehouse and inventory control staff to manage stock levels and delivery schedules.
Identify and implement inventory optimization strategies.
Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve the effectiveness of the procurement process.- Develop and implement strategies for cost reduction, value analysis, and process improvement.
- Compliance and Documentation
Ensure all procurement activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
Prepare and submit regular reports on purchasing activities and results.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and new products.
- Evaluate market conditions and trends to anticipate future supply needs.
Work closely with other departments such as finance, operations, and project management to understand and meet their procurement needs.
- Provide support and guidance to junior procurement staff as needed.
