Job Description
Marketing Implementation
Provide marketing plan & strategies to achieve the assigned product In-Market Sales Target, Product Profitability, Department Mission and Market Share Growth.
- Ensure that all activities (ATL & BTL) are planned and executed effectively to achieve the desired results within the Company's Code of Conduct & respective regulations.
- Maximize ROI on A&P spending.
- Provide and update product information and directions to sales team.
- Execute appropriate marketing activities to create product awareness and better disease understandings among healthcare professionals and end-users.
- Gather and analyse market data to enable to plan effective marketing and sales activities.
Supply Chain Coordination
Forecast In-Market commercial & FOC goods to ensure that all items have sufficient inventories at distributor within contract inventory level.
Product Development
- Identify potential candidate for assigned product portfolio expansion together with market / competitor info.
- Evaluate R&D samples to ensure new products can be accepted by market.
- Evaluate sales & profitability to ensure new product development profitability.
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least Degree in Marketing/Pharmaceutical related education background
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience in Marketing preferably in Healthcare or Pharmaceutical industry.
- Initiative, dedication, commitment, and a team player.
- Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
