Job Description- Position Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of product development strategies.
- Assist in conducting product tests which include collecting data and feedback, analyze product performance and suggest recommendations for improvements.
Assist in the management of the end-to-end product development process, including product design, prototyping, testing, and launch.- Work closely with everyone in the product development team to develop products that align with the business objectives and growth targets.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the coffee and food industry, and provide insights to the product development team.
- To perform every other duty as assigned by superior.
- Qualifications & Experience
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Food Science, Culinology, Culinary Arts or related fields.- Preferably has experience (university / FYP projects) in regards to creating a new product .
Passion for coffee and beverage innovation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
