Job Responsibilities
As a Product Development Intern, you will embark on a product development internship that offers a valuable chance to acquire and apply practical skills in a dynamic, fast-paced in the Fintech payment industry.
You'll actively participate in the process of product management and be exposed to vast opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Product Development Support:
- Assist in the development and execution of product strategies in the roadmap
- Understand the Fiuu's products and business requirements
- Stakeholder Communication and Management:
- Develop effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders, understand their needs and manage expectations.
- Learn how to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders throughout the product development process.
- Project Coordination:
- Assist in managing project timelines, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and within scope.
- Learn to Organize team meetings, product demos and stakeholder presentations.
- Support the Product team with various tasks during product development sprints and testing.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Assist in translating product strategies into documentation, project plans and user guides.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Business Development, UI/UX, Operations etc) to gather business requirements and ensure seamless product delivery.
- Understand the importance of teamwork and effective collaboration.
- Problem-Solving and Adaptability:
- Learn to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and make informed decisions.
- Develop problem-solving skills to address issues that might arise during development sprints.
