To monitor and resolved production issues which include subordinate that report to him or her.
Ensure production planning are followed accordingly, if unable to achieve he or she are required discuss or inform production planner on the best date.
Ensure production achieve all the output target cycle time sets by process department, if unable to achieve to provide rootcause analysis and countermeasures
To work with process department on process improvement and reduce wastages.
To ensure workers follow the work procedures as stated on the work instruction.
Ensure all form or checklist are well kept and updated accordingly.
To achieve company KPIs for production.
Ensure plant facilities are fully shutdown or machines are fully off when IT is not running when necessary
To work with other supporting department related with production
To ensure subordinate adhere all the company rules and regulation , if not to take disciplinary action towards them.
Ensure plant 5s are well kept and maintain.
To evaluate staff performance as per company standardization
To work with management on new procedures or anything related to his or her production
Ensure any form of system require to be updated accordingly
To perform other task whenever necessary which will determine by top management.
Job Requirements
Min required diploma and above in any certification preferable in engineering
Required candidate able to speak mandarin due to supplier are mostly China
Min 3 years and above working as production supervisor
Have knowledge in using ERP and Microsoft office
Required to be on hands on at production
Have strong initiative, drive and able to push for production to achieve output or higher
