Develop & execute the overall product development strategy in alignment with company goals & market demands.
Manage the entire product development life cycle, from idealization & concept development to design, testing, production & launch.
Collaborating with several internal teams including sales, supply chain, E-Commerce, marketing, customer service team & China buying office.
Conduct market research & analysis to identify customer needs, market trends & competitive opportunities & use insight to inform Development manager & Decision making.
Define product requirements, specification & road maps & prioritize feature based on customer feedback & technical feasibility.
Monitor & evaluate product performance, including sales metrics, customer satisfaction, inventory levels & market share & use data driven insight to optimize product offering & drive continuous improvement.
Stay up to date of industry developments, technological advancements & regulatory requirements relevant to our product & incorporate relevant insights into product development plan.
Assist in developing & implementing strategic plans for assigned portfolio including product assortment, pricing, promotion & placement strategies.
