The Position
You will be :
Perform daily routines such as monitoring the system, responding to queries, and resolving or escalating issues as needed.
- Coordinate, manage, document, prioritise, and validate business requirements with business users. Define and validate functional specifications and collaborate with the IT team for system improvements. Plan, manage, and execute various testing and data validation stages for reports and queries
- Actively support the successful implementation of global reporting solutions by providing expert guidance in business process analysis, design best practices, detailed requirements definition, and system assessments. Drive simplification, enhance usability, and increase the operational efficiency of reporting systems. Ensure consistent business support, continuity, and alignment with projects related to data and reporting outputs
- Provide robust business support for reporting and analytics solutions, ensuring they meet the agreed service levels.Utilise analytical and technical skills to automate manual reporting processes, enhancing productivity and accuracy. Collaborate closely with procurement stakeholders to effectively gather reporting requirements and deeply understand business needs
- Maintain and continuously improve existing reporting frameworks to guarantee information accuracy, relevance, and timeliness. Analyse processes and assist in identifying key business issues, focusing on uncovering improvement opportunities
- Address and troubleshoot issues; conduct detailed research on critical business issues to find practical solutions. Provide ad-hoc analytical support and insights to facilitate strategic initiatives and operational decisions
- Drive automation to enhance efficiency in reporting processes to streamline data collection and analysis. Designed and developed comprehensive reports and dashboards using analytical tools and systems to meet diverse business needs
Who you are :
- Minimum 5 years working experience in the related field, preferably in Accounting or Procurement
- Good understanding and strong knowledge of ERP systems and data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Experience in Microsoft Access, Business Warehouse is an added advantage
- Possess good attention to detail; excellent analytical and reconciliation skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Proactive mindset with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Knowledge of SAP ERP systems, especially in Material Management (SAP MM) modules. Skills: Data analysis and visualisation, Report and dashboard development, Problem-solving and critical thinking, Project management and organisational skills. Personal Attributes: Strong analytical mindset, Proactive and results-oriented, Team player with collaborative skill. Adaptability and willingness to learn
