Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Prepare shipping documents (like invoices, purchase orders and bills of lading)
  • Printing, copying and filing.
  • Coordinate our supply chain procedures to maximize quality of delivery
  • Assist Assistant Project Manager schedule shifts for our drivers and warehouse staff
  • Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and customers
  • Oversee the levels of our warehouse stock and place orders as needed
  • Provide information to Assistant Project Manager about the status of their orders

Job Requirements

  • Posses Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying/Construction Technology/Construction Management or Diploma/Certificate in other related disciplines.
  • Self-motivated, hardworking and have the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Must posses a valid driving license and own transportation.
  • Good communication skill and good teamwork skills.
