Close interface with Category Managers to manage day to day e-Sourcing across all categories
Establish and conduct test events in e-Sourcing tool iValua and ensure suppliers have connectivity and completing their documentation and information submission for the RFx participation
Support the category tendering process (e.g: prepares tender documents, follows up on submissions, evaluates submissions, etc) and support in the development and implementation of contracts management and documentation in the iValua
Monitor supplier behaviour and communicate with suppliers to follow up on functional & technical issues while updating category manager on the progression
Communicate e-Sourcing requirements to supplier and ensure they are trained to comply for such. As needed to provide similar guidance to end user for iValua tools related queries
Support reactive/spot buy by providing auction strategies to category managers based on supplier history
Perform periodic documentation review as per Procurement Process and Policies guideline
May also be required to assist the Middle Office Procurement Operation functions as needed such as PR PO processing, assisting rate check etc
