Job Responsibility
- Procurement Management: Oversee the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating with suppliers, and managing purchase orders.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing excess inventory.
- Supplier Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of goods.
- Cost Management: Develop and implement strategies to reduce procurement costs while maintaining quality.
- Data Analysis: Conduct regular inventory audits and analyze procurement data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Team Supervision: Lead and manage the procurement and inventory team to ensure high performance and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Reporting: Prepare and present procurement and inventory reports to management, providing insights and recommendations.
Job Requirements
- Education: Minimum of a Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in procurement and inventory management, preferably in the IT or tech industry.
- Skills: Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office.
- Personality: Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working under pressure. Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- MBTI Types (Preferred but not required): ISTJ, ESTJ, ENTJ (organized, leadership-oriented).
- Own transport is required.
