Responsibilities:- Manage the purchasing department and its staff.
Develop purchasing policies and procedures.- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to obtain the best prices and terms.
Monitor and manage purchasing budgets.
- Ensure timely procurement of goods and services to meet organizational needs.
Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong relationships.
Minimum 2 year of work experience related to Purchasing- Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Extensive experience in purchasing or procurement, with leadership experience.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and management skills.
Proficiency in purchasing and supply chain software.- Knowledge of market trends and pricing strategies.
