Job Responsibilities:
- Implementing, monitoring and control of shipment arrangement with suppliers.
Ensure of on time delivery.- To execute and support purchasing activities to ensure all requirements are processed promptly and accurately.
To review and ensure all purchases are compliance with purchasing policies and procedures.
- Compiling monthly/ weekly report, e.g. purchase and cost saving, supplier delivery performance.
Coordinating with logistic department on shipment arrangement and custom exemption application.- Assist to initiate, develop and implementation of department procedures.
Maintaining proper documents control and filling system.
At least Diploma or equivalent and have 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry.
- Pleasant character, resourceful and able to work with sincerity on own initiative.
Able to work under challenging and fast- paced environment.- Responsible and able to work independently under pressure.

Pay: RM3,- 00 - RM5,500.00 per month
