Job Description Implementing, monitoring and control of shipment arrangement with suppliers.
Ensure of on time delivery.
To execute and support purchasing activities to ensure all requirements are processed promptly and accurately.
To review and ensure all purchases are compliance with purchasing policies and procedures.
Compiling monthly/ weekly report; eg purchase & cost saving, supplier delivery performance.
Coordinating with logistic department on shipment arrangement and custom exemption application.
Assist to initiate, develop and implementation of department procedures.
Maintaining proper documents control and filling system.
At least Diploma or equivalent and have 2 year of relevant experience in manufacturing industry.
Pleasant character, resourceful & able to work with sincerity on own initiative.
Able to work under challenging and fast- paced environment.
Responsible and able to work independently under pressure.
