Job Responsibilities:_
- Possess knowledge or experience to produce Bill of Quantities and quotation as per company format.
Purchase Requisitions (PR) & Purchase Orders (PO) process.- Monitor supply chain and trends such price changes and shortages of supply, communicate with management on any significant factors that could affect the purchase price.
To ensure all control documents applicable to the quality system are available and maintained at all relevant locations.
- Managing, maintaining and improving resources plan Suppliers/ Vendor sourcing. Including pre-qualification and registration of Suppliers/ Vendors.
Maintenance of all Contract Administrative electronic records, registers, and filing system in accordance with the Company ISO and SOP.- Assist on Clients Vendor Registration & Pre-Qualification.
Pre and Post show recording for the jobs is handling.
At least 4 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Possess a Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Procurement / supply chain.
Preferably with experience in a similar ID fit-out industry.The Candidate must be able to communicate in Mandarin through WeChat with the China factory.
Basic knowledge in Quantity Survey would be additional advantage.
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office application.
Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team.- Mature, with an attention to detail and highly resourceful.
