Job Description

Job Responsibility

Sourcing And Procurement

  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on price, quality, service, and reliability.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about trends and suppliers.
  • Source and procure materials, equipment, and services as required by the company.

Supplier Management

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with suppliers to achieve the best value.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues or discrepancies.

Purchase Order Management

  • Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and services by tracking orders and expediting as necessary.
  • Verify receipt of goods and services, ensuring they meet the required specifications.

Cost Control And Budgeting

  • Monitor and manage procurement budgets, ensuring cost-effective purchasing.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Conduct regular reviews and analysis of procurement costs.

Compliance And Documentation

  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records and documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis for management.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/ Degree in Business and Marketing
  • 1-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
  • Good in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, Basic SQL
  • Impressive ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Friendly and easy to get along with people
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
