Responsibilities:- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers for ingredients, packaging materials, and other related products
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, consistency, and reliability- Conduct regular performance reviews of suppliers and address any issues related to product quality, delivery, or service
Manage the procurement process from requisition to purchase order creation, including sourcing, negotiating, and contracting
- Ensure timely procurement of goods to avoid disruptions in production and distribution
Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure the best prices, terms, and conditions- Conduct cost benchmarking and market analysis to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements
Work closely with production and warehouse teams to coordinate inventory management and minimize stockouts or excess inventory
- Performs other related duties/ tasks as assigned by superior/ management
Diploma/ Degree in Supply Chain Management or any related fields
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in any related fields
Able to work in a fast-paced environment- Basic understanding of P2P (purchasing to payment)
Excellent presentation, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and time-management skills
- A valuable team player and able to work independently
Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English and Malay- Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Possess own transport and willing to travel
