Main Accountabilities:
As part of the Centre of Excellence (COE) team within Global Procurement supporting Functional Excellence implementation and administrative activities.
This includes the following:
Data Management & Reporting
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets to support procurement activities
- Creating visualizations in data analytics software such as Excel, Power Point, Power BI and SAP Analytics.
- Extract data from SAP and other applications for use in analytic reports.
- Develop, run and interperate models to demonstrate trends and forecasts in spend behavior
- Provide on time and accurate delivery of procurement related reports and support market intelligence related activities
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to influence decision making and behaviours
- Generate standard and ad-hoc reports as required by the Global Procurement Team and the broader business
- Tracking and validation of procurement saving and value creation initiatives
- Support data governance and data integrity processes.
- Support monthly and quarterly Procurement Report preparation.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in a relevant field
At least 2 years of experience in analytics, report writing, and presentations
Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI and SAP Analytics is preferred
Understanding of ERP Systems, particularly SAP, is advantageous
