In summary, you will be responsible for:

1. Keep track and strategize purchases in order to meet target Sales and profit margin

2. Manage the purchases data and analytics

3. Ensure the cost and prices data are accurate

4. Upload and maintain accurate purchases and stock data on our inventory system that is synchronized to our website

5. Maintain and supervise the website to ensure stocks availability are accurate

6. Oversee daily order fulfillment process (i.e. order entry, AWB, fulfillment materials, follow shipping procedures, etc.)

7. Manage and overseeing the delivery of purchases from supplier.

8. Assist and support Operation manager with stock take and any other ad hoc tasks.

9. Track inventory levels and manage purchasing activities

Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Purchasing and Logistics, Purchasing and Supply, Business Studies, Supply Chain Management or Marketing;

3+ years experience in procurement, purchasing, data management or supply chain;

Expertise in Microsoft Office products especially Microsoft Excel;
