Conduct daily meetings effectively and issue appropriate instructions.
Prepare the task plan of each section and guide the operational journey.
Capture the progress of the department's achievements routinely and issue necessary instructions from the current time.
To prepare, analyse and present the findings report to the management.
Well communicate regularly with and report to superior of any progress in the department.
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Superior.
Diploma or Degree from any discipline. Relevant course in Procurement is an added advantage.
Min 10 to 15 years of working experience. Experience in Procurement for Food Industries is preferred.
Efficient Skill in communication for sufficiently representing the department internally and externally.
Able to handle any normal and abnormal situations arising from the daily operations of the department.
Good skill in searching and analysing data to control manpower resources and financial costs.
Fluent in English and Malay (written and verbal).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Application.
