  • Process new Supplier creation in JDE system
  • Review supporting documents and convert PR to PO for final approval in JDE system
  • Updating Supplier data info and negotiations from time to time
  • Extracting report from system by request basis
  • Daily administration works: Data-entry, reporting, filing, data recording, invoicing management
  • Mandarin Speaker
