Manage daily processing and administrative duties required for a smooth-running process for Financial Products- Checking of KYC and partners forms or documents and ensure it meets the upkeeping of records requirements and data accuracy
Handle internal and external enquiries (emails and phone calls) and be able to support and ensure customer satisfaction
- A keen eye to streamline work process and improve operational workflow to keep the way of doing things current and relevant
Able to work with the team and or other stakeholders to ensure seamless business execution and to improve or develop digital solutions and testing in UAT where required- Assist and support any ad-hoc projects or duties assigned by the Team Leader or Manager
