Job Scope:- Manage current suppliers in terms of procurement activities.
Expediate with suppliers to secure the delivery from suppliers. Trouble shooting with suppliers on delivery, while having sense of urgency and priority.- Process PRF and GRA in a timely manner.
Negotiating with suppliers to obtain products for maximum benefit for the company and manage supplier relationship.
- Closely cooperate with relative departments to handle quality issues, delivery risks, material shortages and supplier claims.
Create, enhance and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, product data sheets and application notes.- Create user documentation for a variety of material.
Plan, design, develop, and implement automated processes to optimize production efficiency.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures for automated processes.
Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for proposed automation projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives.- Collaborate with vendors to select and integrate automation equipment and systems
Any other duties as and when assigned.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and solutions.
- Provide technical support for automation systems and address any issues that arise.
Stay current with industry trends, technologies and best practices in automation engineering.- Responsible on company assets, private and confidentiality of organization information.
Responsible on companys email and its contents.
- Always make sure the workplace is neat and clean.
Keep the good name of the company.- Not involve in any disciplinary issues.
Prepare and keep all the information in systematic way that will be eased to refer the information anytime
- Any other task that may assign by the superior.
Bachelor's in Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent
- Knowledge of materials, equipment, and market trends in production/automation industry
Good analytical skills; ability to review contracts, bids and proposal.- At least 1 year of experience on a similar position.
Strong negotiating, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive communication skills and teamwork abilities.
Experience with PLC programming and robotic systems is a plus.
