Responsibilities
- Provide process engineering support to automated and manual assembly lines for RF/Microwave products
- Analyzing, troubleshooting, and solving product quality issue related to process
- Resolving process problems with incoming material/parts or machine issues to improve process yield
- Bringing all process to meet process quality requirement
- Responsible for all quality documentation as required for the manufacturing process
- Identify and initiate value engineering cost reduction activities and lead continuous improvement projects
- Reorganize processes to improve the productivity of assembly lines
- Redesigning the jig and fixture/tooling to improve to eliminating sources of repetitive motion injury (RMI) problems
- Reviewing and revising process/machine parameter setting to improve process yield
- Involving in new process technology exploration and innovation
- Works on manufacturing engineering assignments with broadly defined objectives
- Solves straight-forward issues, challenges and problems within field of specialization
- Participate in new product transfer and outsourcing project
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent
- Final year student or candidate with less than 2 years of experience in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Manufacturing/Material Engineering
- Requires general proficiency with tools, systems and procedures to accomplish job
