Job Position: Process Engineering Assistant Manager
Salary Up To RM10000
Location: Batu Kawan, Penang
Job Descriptions:
Report to Process Engineering Manager.
Lead multiple teams to achieve department KPI and goals.
Creating and presenting process improvement report.
Ensure that the process standards, procedures and specifications are in place.
Analysing the efficiency and costs of existing business processes.
Ensuring continual improvement related to process, cost, production and overall quality of the products.
Evaluate process flows and provide recommendations.
Drive cost saving improvement activity. Such as Kaizen, lean manufacturing.
Manage process engineering team to ensure that process expertise personnel have right talent and skills.
Organize annual technology explore activities.
Staying up to date with the latest technology and improvement strategies.
Ensure that the project is executed with good quality and budget control processes.
Adhere to all application Occupational Safety and health laws and regulation as well as such standards, practices and procedures instituted by the Company.
Any other responsibility which may be assigned from time to time by Department Manager.
Job Requirements:
Min. Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering Field or 5 years related in sheet metal process experience.
Computer literate including engineering software.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Excellent analytical, mathematics skills. Well cost, quality mind and risk manage.
Leadership skills necessary to manage and develop a team.
Self-motivated attitude with the ability to multitask and thrive in a timeline-driven environment.
Report and procedure writing skills.
