Develop, configure and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start up and documents.
- Assess processes, take measurements and interpret data.
Design, run, test and upgrade systems and processes.
- Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output.
Perform process simulations. Perform risk assessments.
- Provide process documentation and operating instructions.
Review engineering deliverable and initiate appropriate corrective actions.- Prepare technical analysis (process simulation) of the refinery processes which includes mass and energy balance identifying system bottlenecks for process improvement purposes.
Interface with technical and maintenance team in overall safe, efficient and economical and operation of the refinery.
- Assist the project department by recommending and commenting on equipment modification or new equipment upgrade proposal.
