YOUR ROLE AS A:
HR Process & Continuous Improvement Analyst is crucial in ensuring we have efficient and effective processes in place - ultimately, we want our Allstars to understand the processes at one go and have it at their fingertips.
WHAT YOU'LL CHAMPION:
Study existing HR business process and explore methods to make it easier for Allstars to understand, it has to be self-explanatory.
Where cost is involved, you will table data and facts to identify cost saving initiatives with the process improvements.
Be the focal point in adressing any improvements to the overall employee lifecycle processes. This includes continuous improvement (such as transforming manual processes onto the system).
Creating and establishing process flows (online & offline) followed by alignment with relevant stakeholders.
Create, review and refresh policies related to the processes and other HR policies on a larger scale.
Where necessary, you will be required to collaborate with the specialists from other HR functions to develop policies from ground up.
Work closely with the HR Project team to ensure processes and policies are in place when projects are implemented.
WHO YOU ARE:
A potential Allstar who loves processes and is relentless in finding opportunities to digitize, digitalize and make processes efficient.
Have at least 2-3 years of experience within the HR function focusing on process improvements.
You are someone who has exprerience developing policies.
A self starter - you are resourceful in gathering information that is necessary to get the job done, quickly and efficiently.
A master of process flow - you can create process flows.
Experience in HRIS systems improving business processes and performing UAT.

Based on your performance and contribution in this role, you'll grow into becoming a HR Projects & Process Specialist. In this role, you'll collaborate with our existing specialist to review & create HR related process with the ultimate goal of making it available at the fingertips of our Allstars. You'll also be the go-to person for policy creation and reviews.
